Arlo and Onyx
November 2025
These custom portraits were created as a pair for a single family to capture the distinct spirits of two cousins. Arlo is known for his mischievous streak and a talent for stealing snacks from the dining table, so I sculpted him mid-heist to immortalize his playful character. In contrast, Onyx is depicted on a paddleboard, reflecting his adventurous nature and the shared memories of days spent on the water.

Jenfer I and II
October 2025

This project features a sweet, fluffy companion celebrated in two distinct styles. To personalize the tribute, I included a detail that speaks to the bond between the dog and her humans: her owner’s favorite drink, a martini. By placing a glass alongside the sculpture, the work transcends a standard portrait and becomes a narrative piece that captures the specific, lived-in atmosphere of their home and the rituals they share.
Peter and the Dragon Carpet
September 2025
Peter’s family deeply treasures a special dragon-patterned rug so I integrated a miniature version of that carpet into the base of the sculpture. By grounding Peter in his favorite spot, the piece serves as a permanent anchor for the memories tied to that specific corner of the home.

Gilbert
August 2025

Created for the author of my feature in Princeton Magazine, this memorial piece was crafted after the family’s beloved Gilbert passed away. This sculpture was designed to act as a spiritual guardian, ensuring that while his physical presence is missed, his essence remains a permanent fixture in the household. It stands as a testament to the enduring energy of a pet that continues to protect and inhabit a home long after they are gone.
